The workout routine of Bridgit Mendler contains different kinds of things and activities throughout the day. In bodyweight exercises, we will do a circuit routine of 20 minutes to 30 minutes max. The training will also help you build muscle, tone your body, and burn many calories while you work out.

- Leg raises
- Plank hold
- Plank twister
Active Rest Days
Training days: Friday to Sunday
Active rest days are a way of keeping yourself busy while doing things like going on a trek, playing sports, hanging out with friends on hiking, doing different things like a dance class. This routine helps you stay fit and active while having fun, as these days are not as hard as your other workout days, but it still benefits you a lot.
